EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES LIABILITY INSURANCE (EPLI)

Legislation such as the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) and a dramatic increase in the number of employment-related lawsuits and claims have made it imperative for business owners to purchase EPLI coverage. An EPLI policy provides insurance protection and defense cost coverage for employment-related claims and lawsuits (typically excluded for other policies) including allegations of:
